Wood Bead Wreath
I love the simplicity of this wreath….and how modern it is. The softness of the flowers and the wood-grain help to balance everything out. Come next season, swap out the flowers and you’re good to go! The other great thing is that you can make one in about 20 minutes for just a few dollars. Who doesn’t love that!
Metal macrame hoop 19” or desired size
About 32 Wooden beads, 1.5” diameter with 7mm stringing hole
Faux flowers and greenery
Duct or heavy-duty tape
Cut the metal hoop open with the wire cutters.
Feed the wooden beads onto the ring until it’s entirely covered except the last two inches on each end of the hoop.
Overlap ends of wire and wrap with tape to secure.
Create two matching floral sprays by starting with a piece of greenery, adding small berries, then large berries, then a small flower.
Secure stems to each other with floral wire.
Place sprays end to end and attach to each other with more floral wire.
Please large single bloom over connection and attache with floral wire.
Using wire, attach spray to wreath covering tapped connection.
